About Perfect Family
Perfect Family International has been created by the founder of Perfect Surrogacy, Anna Lisnichenko, lawyer and fertility assistance expert with 10 years of experience on March 16th, 2022, during the war in Ukraine specifically to help out couples that have been affected by the war in Ukraine during their surrogacy programs.
Perfect Surrogacy Coordination Center (Ukraine), facing the horrible situation of the unfolding military conflict has managed to adapt to the new circumstances of wartime, new changes in actual legislation and has found a way to successfully evacuate our clients with their newborn babies very fast and to support our surrogate mothers that suffer from the situation in Ukraine. We are a team of dedicated professionals that proceed with our activity no matter what. But we see that there are numerous intended parents in desperate situations, who don't know what to do and how to evacuate their babies from Ukraine. That's why we have created Perfect Family. We want to save as many lives as possible. Our main goal is to provide free consultations, informational and legal support on how to evacuate surrogate mothers and pick up babies fast and legally, with logistical support if possible to all the intended parents who require such kind of help, no matter what agencies they had their surrogacy programs with.
Later we plan to provide our services internationally, educating on fertility journeys, helping with Embassy citizenship and passport applications, assisting in complicated and difficult situations in surrogacy.

Free Consultation
Free consultation includes general informational and legal support for intended parents, general advice that does not include review and studying of documentation, contracts, and evaluation of the case for further legal and logistical assistance. Such general consultation can be performed via messengers and emails in a written form free of cost. This format has a limit of 5 questions. Some questions that require in-deep consultation can be answered only in video format during a paid consultation with a pre-study of the corresponding documentation.
Paid Consultation
Paid consultation: includes studying of contracts, documentation, circumstances of the case, evaluation of risks and options to bring the surrogacy case to a successful result with full legal exit, getting citizenship/passport for child/children and emergency travel document with the help of our organization or independently by intended parents. Written and video consultation.
Full management and takeover of the surrogacy program will be possible only after a full legal evaluation of documentation, circumstances of the case, and by the wish of the intended parents. Paid consultation is required before the start of the surrogacy program management.
